Payment options
Gigahertz Solutions offers the following options of payment worldwide: (Click on the favoured mode of payment, and you will be shown the corresponding details)- Credit card (EuroCard/MasterCard, VisaCard and MAESTRO/giropay)

- Invoice (payable net after receiving the goods)

Credit card payment
We accept EuroCard/MasterCard, VisaCard and Maestro/giropay. Please note: Credit card payment is processed directly via the safe server of the bank BS-Cardservice. Gigahertz Solutions GmbH will at no time have insight into your credit card information.- Which particulars need to be stated?
In addition to the credit card number, its validity and the name of the credit card company, the BS-Cardservice is in need of your credit card verification number. This is the three-digit number on the back of your credit card, which guarantees payment security in the internet. - Security – Full protection with Gigahertz Solutions!
In order to avoid unauthorized access of third parties to your information, BS-Cardservice makes use of the cryptographic technique SSL (Secure Socket Layer) for the transmission of the credit card data. In the internet, SSL is an acknowledged standard protocol, which guarantees a safe exchange of data. This way, your credit card information will only be forwarded in an encoded manner. - When will my credit card account be charged?
We have no direct influence on the exact point of debit. The payment process is activated immediately upon placing the order. Depending on the type of credit card, the bank, and the country of order placement, the debit process may take several weeks, but may just as well be effected that very day. However, the BS-Cardservice will immediately provide us with the authorization of your credit card information, thus allowing us to dispatch the ordered devices without any delay.

Invoice
If you chose "invoice" we would appreciate your payment of the total amount due, devoid of any deductions, immediately upon your receipt of the consignment. This way we will be able to keep offering this payment option in the long run!This mode of payment cannot be claimed, and we reserve our right to grant this possibility only to well-known customers.
Direct debit
If you wish to have your account debited* with the total invoice amount using the direct debiting system, please choose the payment option "Direct debit". This again allows for a discount of 5%. The amount due will be charged to your account after dispatch. Please enter all necessary bank details in step 2 of the delivery/dispatch-process in the field "Notes", and take care of sufficient cover of your account, as potential return debit notes must in return be charged to your account.* Please note: Payment by direct debit can only be effected from a giro account at a bank based in Germany. This mode of payment cannot be claimed.
Dispatch and terms of delivery within Germany
Within Germany we deliver with UPS at a flat rate of Euro 5.95 regardless of the size of the consignment.Orders placed up to 12.00 noon of each workday will be forwarded the same day if on stock (we always try to have our products on stock). Our forwarding agency usually delivers the coming workday.
After commissioning the consignment to the forwarding agent, we have no influence on its further process.
Please inform us if you have not received your package within three working days in Germany. With the help of the DPD tracking number we are able to trace its whereabouts.
Dispatch and terms of delivery within Europe
Within Europe we deliver by UPS.Payments or credit card authorizations effected by 12.00 noon of each workday allow the consignment to be processed and handed over to our forwarding agency that very day, if on stock. Please see the table below for information on the average transit time and shipping costs within Europe.

Dispatch within Europe with VAT-ID number
If your company has a EU VAT-ID number, we can issue the invoice for the products ordered without VAT. However, for the time being, VAT-ID numbers cannot be processed automatically in our online shop. We would, therefore, ask you to enter your ID number in step 2 of the delivery/dispatch-process in the field "Notes". This way we can take it into consideration when processing your order, and issue your invoice devoid of VAT.For all other cases please see „Dispatch and terms of delivery within Europe“.
Dispatch and terms of delivery outside Europe
Normally we deliver with UPS or FedEx, and charge a favourable flat-rate of Euro 50.00 net. The transit time usually only takes a few days, depending on the country or address of the recipient. Furthermore, we have a worldwide net of local sales partners who you may also contact if you wish to acquire our products.If you have any questions regarding the overseas dispatch (further dispatch options, etc.), feel free to contact our overseas service.
